ABOUT ME
I am a licensed therapist specializing in partner betrayal trauma, supporting individuals who have been impacted by sex addiction, compulsive sexual behavior and infidelity.
My priority in treatment is supporting you to increase self-care, self-love, and guide you towards wellness and healing. I work to create a safe, supportive and nurturing environment that provides validation of the trauma you have experienced. Together, we will work on developing healthy coping skills, self-care, and outlets for your painful emotions. Working together, you will learn how to trust your own intuition, practice healthier boundaries and develop strategies to help you live a life according to your values.
EXPERIENCE
I started counseling 20 years ago after receiving my Master's Degree in Social Work and over the course of my career I moved into public policy and advocacy focusing on issues related to improving life for children and families. However, I never lost my passion for helping others and I have found I have a real inclination and affinity for working with partners affected by sex addiction. I have happily returned full-circle to my true calling for helping others.
